1. Processing time and heat level must be controlled by a professional hairstylist to avoid damage or hair breakage.

2. Before the treatment, do not scratch the scalp during shampooing.

3. Perform a patch test before use to check for sensitivity.

   • If product contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

5. Do not use during pregnancy or if you are feeling weak or unwell.

1. Cleaning

Shampoo the hair thoroughly and dry completely.

2. Softening (No.1 Application)

• Apply No.1 cream evenly on each section of hair, starting from the back.

• Keep 1 cm away from the scalp.

• Cover the hair with cling film to prevent reaction with air.

• Processing time depends on the hair’s condition (refer to salon chart).

• Test by stretching 7–8 strands from the back of the head.

  • If 1 cm stretches to 2–3 cm, it’s ready.

  • If not, leave for 5–10 minutes longer.

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water, dry the hair, then proceed to straightening.

3. Straightening

• Divide hair into sections.

• Use a flat iron to straighten each section from roots to ends.

• Repeat 2 or more times until fully straightened.

4. Neutralizing (No.2 Application)

• Apply No.2 (setting cream) evenly.

• Comb hair straight.

• Leave for 20 minutes, rinse well, and towel-dry.
